Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) Program

 

This is a Canadian government program that provides free English classes.  Many different organizations in the Vancouver area offer classes.  One of these groups, Immigrant Services Society of BC has posted information on How to Register for classes.

For a list of organizations that provide LINC classes, check the two sources below.

Higher Level ESL Programs: Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island

Lists college and university level English classes and classes for technical, health related and business English. Most schools will charge tuition.

Languages Canada is an agency that promotes quality, accredited English and French language training in Canada. You can search the directory  by city/province and program.
